It was founded in 2003 by lowfyr but officially went online in 2004.

Edit: aye found lowfyr profile lel i knew he was the founder lol but could't find his profile as he isn't on staff list , so seeing his profile yea as u said 2003 : ) ty again for the info also u or anyone else know who were the first admins?
