But in fact dont check them ... use them directly!

And make a Video from beginning until the end otherwhise you would have a nice "he said she said" epvp Support thread and maybe a -TBM believe me.

No trusted exchange service will sell the PSC to a third person.

Exchanger alsways use them directly or that are those nice scammer who offer you 95 € for a 100 € PSC and then they sell the PSC here to a third person against bitcoin. You see?

And one point... i can always go first with low or no TBMler in case i pay with money thats not my own.

Because you can check the PSC now... but you will need 10 Minutes or 30 or one hour or a day to sell the PSC the original owner could use them within this time and what happens then? How can you show that the original owner used the psc?

So always use it directly otherwhise you got a big problem and in fact in worst case you give the origninal owner a -TBM for that and he gives you also one -TBM and as no one can show to support who used the psc in worst case both -TBMs will remain.
