Premium after 1 year
I saw some users around whose premium was not active and still have the badge. I have this question now.
I bought 1 year premium, After 1 year the premium will end, will I still have the badge? I am just curious about it.
Example for someone who have premium badge and do not have premium features:

How can you be sure that his premium subscription isn't valid any longer?
He could buy for more than 1 year.
Regarding your question: It's a subscription. If your membership expires, all features including the badge will be removed, until you pay for another year or more.
€: You don't know either when exactly he bought his premium besides you know that issue.

You see, his name is not premium color and Hes not even a guardian to change his user color to black.

Good point.
I don't know exactly how elitepvpers handles it, but one possibility could be the Complaint Area where you may ask for removing a specific badge.
Otherwise you'll keep the badge which is a little bit confusing.

If your premium expires and you don't post something your badge will be still there, but all features are removed.
Very old former staffs like Shadow992 or Garuga got the black name with premium features.
Garuga bought new premium and got the blue name afaik.

Same happens to moderator badges (and any other badge I guess). The user has to login to make the server recognize the changes.

That is correct. If premium expires and you don't login, the badge will stay until your next login.
