Help With Picture And Link's

Hello, I started a thread, Long story shot. I cant seem to get my Photo's and Web Links to appear on the Fourm Post, For example the picture only allowed me to post link. And when I post a website link it is not clickable. Now people are telling me that I need 50 Post is that true? If so is there anyway to get around it? If not how can u upload a Picture and see in thread? And yes i clicked insert picture and put [img][/img] around the link.
