For me , im a customer from the mokokos / bintu.. heres my feedback

The Bot overall is a puzzle of scripts.. im a german so i prefer perfect stuff.. its not perfect... but it does his Job it should do.

For the Reseller you should keep in hand that hes a Reseller , not a dev. of the bot himself.
As far i can tell.. they have 3-4 Support People here that are almost 24/7 here and online to help you at some bot stuff , script problems , setting stuff .. setup things.

They are Busy but try to help as much they can.

I had a Problem yesterday that crashed my game like 100x a day.. we fixed it together .. did take a little time but we managed to find the problem.

The Support is good and you shouldnt care about the Kindergarden above.
Its a weird Story ..try to deform someones work because of a text? if its even true? weird
