Perhaps these 20 people were tracked by Riot using logs as it's their only way of tracking people down. These situations aren't common but they do happen from time to time where people just get tracked and banned via logs, people even got banned in PBE for scripting while playing TFT because of that

If you are new asf, give the game a chance, maybe you are a prodigy just keep playing till 30, then spam rankeds.
