How to play against someone who plays a lot of aggro, but you don't want to end up trading and then get into a loop of feeding and screw the team? Let's say that jungler doesn't want to help in that game.

If someone is play extremely aggressive and your jungler refuses to help you. All you can really do is sit underneath the turret and cs or you can roam and get kills from other lane to supply for your items.
