How rare is GoalKeeper Blitzcrank?

On a scale of 1-10 how rare would you say Goalkeeper Blitz is? I've personally never saw it and was it ever in the store again after the world cup?
Also how much would an account with one fetch? Might be interested in getting one.

At the moment, he is very rare, like 8-10 idk.
But he and the other football skins will be available on the next football world championship, so he won't be rare anymore (with soccer ezreal, red card katarina).

Very Rare, like other people are telling you, it will be available soon although you will not have the effect on its image.

Thats what I was thinking but honestly wouldn't that be a little stupid? all someone would simply have to do is buy an account with minimal champs and get riven and spam mystery gifts until they hit the skin lol.

The Riven skin isn't available in them sadly haha.

Although it claims that RIOT Nasus Isn't eligible I gifted him to a friend a yesterday
