suppose,i have 1815 rp and i need a skin, the skin price is 1820,so i need 5rp, the support can give me that 5rp?

Yea, they give u up to 15 RP or something.
Just ask them nice and there probably wont be a problem.

A friend asked them once for i think it was 8 RP, they told him to draw a picture for them, i guess it will be the same when you ask them
