Whats with the fake game invites?

I have lately been invited to games that didn't exist and even invites like 'suck my ****, ACCEPT. DECLINE'

I guess this is just someone using a third party chat client and somehow editing the invites? Any ideas how he does that? How can figure out who it is without having to wipe my entire friendlist?

Why can't Riot make security checks on his client? Is it too hard?

So many questions, meanwhile I will keep declining dicksucking requests.

That doesn't explain how this dude can create fake game invites, just how you can chat without using LoL

the invite is just like a normal chat message with a special code in it, if you use external chat programms you can see them.
(let a friend invite you or invite someone by urself while your online in the external chat client.)

It kinda works like the fake status (lv31, random wins, etc.) just that you send this kind of code (for invite ofc.) to someone instead of putting it into your status.

I tried without any luck, it just sends him the code back, no game invite whatsoever... Will try again tomorrow

i found the whole invite code but if i send him via pm (via external chat client) he will see the whole code. Its a normal invite for summoner's rift.

(Where the X is there are numbers.)

How do i send fake invite like the video above?

this bug has been fixed by riot

It's not patched, this video came out two days ago and on a Reddit thread a couple of guys said they got it to work. This is my code that I got and tried to send to another account in XMPP Console but it just gives me an error and logs me out. If I send it to the account as a message it's just plain text. How did you get as far as to even get a message to appear?
