Who is "OP" on Lowelo to bash some noobs?
Who is rly hard to play?

Btw with jungler I wanted to mean - which one is better - Lee or Noc. Seeing many Noc's around but Lee's is alltime banned on 1400 elo.

Saw many rumbles countering me as akali (before everyone said she was op - like 3 months ago).

Even a Jax had no real chance against rumble ..

So Rumble counters whom on solo lane?

And i can say that Lee is better than a Nocturne

lee is a very good jungler with nice ganks, but against real noobs u can own much more with noc.
rumble is a strong solo top, but i think he's not that easy
