5) Since the preseason and honor update, every account comes in a good state which means it cannot be disabled until you use it in a wrong way. Intentional Feeding, Toxic behaviour, 3rd part tools may result in permanent ban and you won't be able to log in again in the pbe. Also there's no warranty, when you buy the account you agree that you will have 100% responsability of what you do.
Keep in mind that after a lot of time, if you don't use your pbe account (or even if you use it), Riot can de-activate your account to renew the sign up cycle.
