I'm looking for a VPS/Dedicated server to run LoL bots.

Most servers don't have a graphics card and if they do they won't be cheap, you also need loads of RAM. You'd be better off purchasing your own machine.

Wrong.
I had a dedicated server for 45 Euro, which could run 20 instances --> ~40 Refs a day, which is pretty nice for 45.
