Your friend did not wait "over 2 weeks" - the refs from 2 weeks ago were completed ~10 days ago.
Just the orders from 15.10 on are delayed.
He will get his refs soon, don't worry.

5000 of the 27000 accs in queue were skipped once again tonight, trying to fix it as soon as possible.

Because of the amount of requests I got for new orders I'm outsourcing the process of leveling the refs (only for new orders, still completing all old orders ourselves) to another well known ref-seller on epvp so I can take orders again now.

The new orders will be completed without any problems, within approximately 4 days.

Don't despair. With a handful of people I've dealt with on ePvp Xabbas the most the trustworthy one of them all. If there's a delay then it's probably his system getting jammed up again so don't fret.
