Kitty-cat Katarina (and red card katarina will be paid with an extra)

If possible:
- elo between 1200-1500 (about 60 to 130 games).
- normal wins beetwin 450 to 600.
- ALL champs (or about 8/10 missing).
- ALL runes needed and about 7 8 pages.
