If you play Teamfortress 2, you may know me from the trading community there (I do both cash and actual item trading in TF2).

Not sure if my cash rep from the TF2 Sites will help me out, but I'll put them down just in case it does.

I am looking to buy League of Legend accounts! I am looking for accounts with the following Rare Skins:
- Kitty Kat Katarina (Highest Priority)
- All-Star Akali
- Candy Cane Miss Fortune
- Red Card Katarina
- Reindeer Kog'Maw
- Earnest Elf Tristana
- Striker Ezreal
- UFO Corki (Lowest Priority)

I do not care about the skins, elo, runes, or champions in an account that has one of the rare skins.

I will pay accordingly to what the account has. (If the account has high elo, tons of other skins, and all the heroes, I will pay more then what I would pay for an account that only has the rare skins and some heroes and runes.)

Why?
I've been playing League of Legends daily for the past year and a half. Unfortunately I joined after the Christmas where the nice limited Xmas Skins were released. Ever since, I have wanted the following rare skins to play on, to be part of the "Special Group".

I am also buying 1 or 2 basic level 30 LoL accounts to duo with my friends.

My conditions on these accounts:
1. Nothing over 1400 Elo. I am duoing to carry a friend out of Elo Hell.
2. Enough Champions to play ranked.
3. Some basic Tier 3 Runes. Flat AD, Flat AP, Flat AR, MR per/level.

Bonus features that would increase my offer/price:
1. Skins (Not too many, and mostly only the skins I like/want, I don't want a loaded account, just one to duo and smurf)
2. Champions (The more, the better)
3. Low Elo (The lower, the better)

If you can meet the conditions, I will definitely consider your account. Bonus features help increase the price in my eyes as well.

1. I can do Paypal. I have a verified Paypal. Middleman can and would be preferred to be used.
2. ??? - I don't know any other online payment methods at this moment besides Paypal. If you have an easy to work method, I may do that.
