They only ban if they see the accounts coming from the same IP address and being linked to the main referrer. That is why if I do it, it will be the same thing as random people getting referred because there is no correlation to the main account's IP address.

Soo, it's been nearly 15 hours and not 1 referral has appeared in my account.

I'm calling out Bullshit on this guy. Filed a dispute on Paypal. Still not 1 referral and I sent him $55 Mod/Admin PM me for proof, I can give you everything you need to shut this dumbass down.
