Kal Server on Linux !!!!

Im near to finish my lowrate server,but i want host on linux server, is it easy?

etc..

Im recruting team: Designer, Developer , Programmer...

And im too working on emulator to get thief as 4 character..

linux is cheaper but linux isnt realy good for kal if you dont know anything about linux.. so its better to spend 50€on a month for win web then to pay like 30-40€for a linux.

The graphic on Linux is very very bad.
Linux is for P Servers.

best solution would be trying to write an emu kalsrv which also works on linux, but that's alot of work....if you really wanna make a kalsrv you should just rent a windows root...

not gonna happen, for ex.
how the hell are you going to find programs that are compatible with linux environment, NO emulator can emulate the entire windows environment which is required for kal online's functioning. eg 3 programs, db server, auth server, main server.
and the biggest one of them all is MSSQL. which is built ONLY for windows evironment because it directly communicates with the kernel itself. which will be hard to emulate something that cannot be emulated. well yes, you don't have to use MSSQL, BUT there isn't any good replacement for MSSQL (Microsoft SQL 2005 wont work for the same reason) unless you build one yourself, and have you ever tried to program an database. i think not. handling an database with such complexity as kal server requires is extremely hard. these topics have been cleared out in RZ you should take a look...
