How long does a run take?
About 30 minutes in NM, about 40 in HM, depending on team/spawn.
What are the requirements?

Well, basically it runs the dungeon Bogroot's Growth again and again to get a Froggy from the end-chest, the price of a Froggy is between 20e and 1000e.
