Why you would ask for the highest division and server? since it's a giveway you shouldn't care that much who will be the new owner, but doing such things i'd say you just wanna give to someone who can get it diamond and after that you gonna try to recovery it, so like this u get some extra BE + a free boost on your account, better watchout guys.
You also made a special new account on epvp just to do such a "giveway" which gives you "nothing", I mean it was worth it if you wanted to do that for some reputation or some stuff, but creating a new account on epvp just for that thing.. kinda put peoples on thinking, I mean if you really wanted to give it to someone for free, you could simply give it to one of your friends.. but they ain't master/challs so you can get your free stuff i guess
