When I run the sync compatibility checker, it returns that my system is not compatible for reason: Ethernet not compatible. I checked with the support, but it was not clear what i should do. Can anybody help.

You would need to purchase a new network adapter as we do not currently support your current one as Xenos said.

For example, a skill might give you 100 STR in the client data, but in the database it gives 80.
I've been trying to manually fix them all but it takes so long and its confusing
So I'm wondering if there is a skill.sdata and dbo.skills file which are the same i could have?
