Just for your information, fortnite cannot be "cleaned".

Pleasure to meet you here, heard great things about you !
The Fortnite Cleaner does works, also got some feedbacks from my customers, it ensures that traces and everything needed are correctly removed.
That was made for the peeps that don't wanna go through a whole windows clean reinstallation.
But as mentionned if it doesn't go through properly, reinstall is needed.
