Honest review of the Edgey experience. I made my purchase and opened a support ticket from their Discord channel on May 3, 2024, at 1629 hours. All I wanted was what I paid for, and they pulled the "timezone" card. I do understand that customers have to wait, but the timeframe of their support is beyond reasonable for the price that they asked for. In the end, it's my mistake to trust their service and support. It turns out, after my first spoof, being passed around with different support, and countless hours of waiting, I still ended up being vanguard banned. The video below is my entire experience with their service and support. I'm posting this review because, till now, I still haven't received the support and product I paid for. Their excuse is their time zone and other customers. I would suggest pause accepting new customers if the current workload is still high.
