@1 Pic;
It means you need a Full Name to your KSSN, they cant be different.
FFS I mean, to each KSSN you generate/steal you need the correct Name.

@2 Pic;
Not sure, on what did you have clicked? Do you have a nate.com account? Or maybe your kssn is wrong/You need to check the button at the KSSN box... It has serveral meanings, or my korean is just bad.
