Keyboard Hack

I am trying to make a keyboard hack (eg. you press insert and you use all of your buffs or spam fire boomerang on a monster) i've tried it with Autioit, its always what i try first cause its simple, but in java is their a way i can get it to respond and bypass gameguard?

Thanks, but it didnt work... I set up the server, deleted gg folder, then tried to load it with the standard shortcut that gave me an error, some file is missing so i used the augmentation loader, that got me into the game then i tried my programworks fine at the login screen, but ingame it dosnt work. i'm using the PageUp key and the PageDown key, is that a problem?

normally u should use keys which aren't in use already, i don't think that these keys are in use so it should work :/
