Search :
pFont = new CD3DFont( _T("Verdana"), 9 ); //, D3DFONT_BOLD );

Replace with :
pFont = new CD3DFont( _T("Verdana"), 9 );

And do the same with others with define inside __THEME_V19.

I don't have time to explain, alot of work.
