Oh I'm enjoying myself.

Just a word of warning: don't post any screens with those camera hacks active. Very obvious if you go below the normal angle that you did something.

Edit: If you have Shadow Cascading off, with the hack, shadows will flicker and vanish at some angles.

I'm showing a not logged in status. Is there a post I can refer to as a guide for setting up this application? It seems pretty straight forward, but I can't get it working.

Are you using DX11 and version 0.218.06.18?

Yep shadows turn off entirely after certain ranges depending on your quality settings, and can get wacky at certain angles. Nothing I can do about that.

does this auto fish if the cooldown is done on a certain fishing spot, or you have to move manually?

Nope, you gotta move yourself if the fish detect something amiss.

I noticed in windows system processes, that this program is not called Uminchu, it is called "A FFXIV Automation Tool"

Can SE detect what applications we are running alongside FFXIV when it is running? Like, can they see system processes?

Please advise.

That's the app description. Yes, they can see processes if they want to. Even I can see if you're running FF14. As long as this is public, there's really nothing I can do to prevent detection. Please be aware of the risks.

That said, they don't seem to monitor your system for known tools yet. Those are first two cases I've heard of a suspension using this and they are attributed to absentee play for probably long periods of time. I might auto stop cuff a cur after some time to minimize this in the future. Once they send me a message or start detecting tools, I will close shop.

Just know that, I'm not blaming you since it was my own fault so no worries. Just goes to show that you can't be in a housing area/personal house and afk for long periods of time with a bot running lol. I just need to be more careful if they decide to unban me since this is my first time ever using a bot.

I know, and I'm very sorry to hear about this. It's good information for us to know that they do run detection for abnormally prolonged MGP farming. Did they issue a permanent ban or a normal suspension (72 hours)?

This is part of the reason why I don't really want to add navigation to enable prolonged absentee fishing. (The big part is that it's hard.)

By the way, if you make an ACT trigger with the following regex, it will trigger whenever a GM messages you, which they will do to determine if you are engaging in absentee play. Make it play a long, loud alarm and you can use this to wake yourself up or warn you if you are watching netflix or something.

I'm assuming it's a "normal" suspension aka 72 hours but, since this is my 1st time I'm not even sure on how to go about it. One thing I will say is that it has given me time to play other games.

I wonder if I can check and see if a GM tried to message me possibly.

They send a mail to your email on file when issuing suspensions, so check there. Hope it goes well.
