Hi guyz ! I had the same problem with my account and i got my account back.
I have cheat a lot on draft and all of a sudden my account was banned without warning.
I contact via telephone the EA Support and explain my situation never metion that i have indeed cheat.
They said to me that i take advantage of a glitch and that was too akward to have too mutch coins and players, and my account was only created on dez 2016.
They sent a email throw EA and told that in 3 days i would get my account and that happens.
So if u guyz had this problem just call for EA Support and talk without saying anything about cheating and always say that u dont get any warning ban mail from EA.
