Maldova is the only cis server i believe, had to search through wikipedia to figure out what countries count as "cis"

Unfortunately we don’t sell accounts but some good places are

G2G = purchase will be pending until verified ID, for me at least.
Duck’s Services = good support, cheap accounts.
EPVP Trading = pretty good just longer then buying off a website.

on g2g if you buy from a vendor with auto delivery itll be delivered instantly, you probably need to verify because you paid with paypal (or a similar payment provider with a similar chargeback policy)
