DMA Cards? Which one is best?

So I have been doing research on the different DMA Cards i can use for an Atomic firmware and I dont quite understand what the differance between the cards listed on thier website. What cards have you had success with and which companies would you suggest going with to purchase a card?

P.S. I'm in the US if that makes a differance.

Indeed lol. Would stay away from them now. Granted afaik they were only detected on EAC not BE/Tarkov (but still).
