there's [DEV], [OPR], [GM].
I'm not sure if [DEKARON] still exists in a16, Im not gonna bother checking it, I'll edit the post later when I finish the list of commands for GM DEV and OPR in a16

[DEKARON] is a stripped version of [GM] with openconsole command.

[DEV] can create items via console. you cant abuse it on global dekaron if thats what youre aiming for.

without heavy edits to the structure of the server, {tag} cant be given any rights.

There's a variety of things they can do. Dev chars aren't given away to regular gms as they can spawn items. At least on global they get either opr or gm. What they do is.. Um I dunno lol. Answer questions? Ban pkers and Maybe once a year host a small event.

You have to have a Jail map that has very low movement speed, players cant use scrolls and other things so they cant leave the map. then you just teleport them there

you use /gm movemap (Map Index) then Coords Coords
then /gm call username
and leave them on that map

Here is how I got it working on my test server.

1) Load up SSMS
2) Go into your Character Database
3) Go to Tables and locate dbo.C_IP_PERMIT
4) In the First Row where ip_locate is set to ALL, look for valid_string and make sure it set to this: [DEV],[GM],[OPR]
5) Restart your server, set character to [OPR] and you should be able to login.
