Ok i've been searching everywhere the unpacker and everywhere i go its been removed or something. Can anyone give me a link to a working download for the 2moons data.pak unpacker???

You don't need to unpack because of that. Just look at the skill.csv in the CRC folder. There's all of the skill indexes.
