[Release] Dekaron 13 Classes

Hey.

I am releasing for you all server files & client with 13 classes.
Server.exe / Client.exe are packed, besides that, everything else is working just fine.
Fixes that were made :
- No disconnections every 5 minutes for normal characters. (Kill/Delete Xigncode)
- For DEV openconsole fix.
- For all 13 classes working skills / learning them works as well.
- Other things which you will find in the game itself.
- Made an application that you won't need to launch from bin folder the .exe anymore.
- Made the same application that you won't need to launch from server folder the .exe anymore.
I think those features were the most important ones to be able play to the fullest, well at least for the most of you.

Run the client with DEKARON LAUNCH application!

Run the server with DEKARON SERVER LAUNCH application!

I was also about to release a version that worked but you got ahead of yourself, excellent work Darijus, now all those who wanted to sell the files will come to cry and they won't be able to.. pd; use google drive for upload this files, mega sucks xD
