They say their cheating has not been detected, but this may be a lie.
On September 5th I bought their 1 month package
I was meeting all version and hardware requirements and I already proved it by posting SS in their discord.
there was no version or hardware problem
After purchasing the cheat, I injected on my 4-5th try and logged into the game, but my game was lagging unplayably.
I've tried a few times by logging out, logging in, resetting my computer, etc.
I finally got bored and asked for a refund
themselves told me
they said it was my fault that I didn't do some things, they offered me a remote connection but I was so bored that I just wanted a refund so they made me a restricted user
I don't mind them doing it, but
“Our tricks are completely undetected”
a wrong statement because I got unlimited ban from the game in the inject section before I even played 1 game
I injected 30-40 times, and finally I said to the support there that I injected so much that I would not be banned, right? and he said no, after all, you haven't used it yet.
But when I logged into the game today, I saw that my 3-year DBD account was banned
means that cheats are neither safe nor undetected so don't waste your money

When you asked for a refund due to being "bored" with troubleshooting, we offered several options, including ones that involved a refund. I have used your trick 2 times before, once 1-2 years ago and once in March this year.
I used the same account for 2 uses and I have not been penalized for years and this is the biggest reason why I prefer you for the 3rd time.
The 2nd reason is your generosity towards me, that is, you gave me a 50% discount, everything is fine until here.
However, in your article you say that my Windows version is not correct, if you look at the support records, I sent you a photo with proof that I switched from Windows 11 Home to Pro 3-5 minutes after purchase.
and you said something like “yes, very good, now you can use the cheat”

1. Windows Version:
As we mentioned earlier, while you claimed to have upgraded to Windows Pro, you initially came to us with Windows Home and upgraded quickly within a few minutes.
You then informed us that the upgrade was complete, but we highlighted that the issue wasn't simply upgrading—it was about how the upgrade was performed. If you used a script or method that may not have completed the process correctly, the system might not fully reflect the Pro version. Even with legitimate methods like WinMAS, a system reset is often required to finalize the installation. This step, which you never completed, is crucial to ensuring proper functionality.
