Dark orbit knows when they are blacklisted. Depending on soft or hard listed. However what you need to do is contact your ISP's support ask for security department to find out if dark orbit.com and big point.com and all sub-domains are blacklisted especially the email servers. All different.
Then when ISP confirms this. You send your ISP's security contact information to Darkorbit support.
They DO has to have their admins *lol* contact your ISP to find out how to remove them from black list. After that it is a battle of the admins.
Took me about two months to get ours off list.
Do not be surprised if your ISP tells you they have been black listed for selling accounts, usernames and passwords plus spamming.
This has worked for every person I have talked to who has same problem.
Do not let them Darkorbit support convince you to send any personal information IE: photo ID or any information. They are famous for this and it is illegal for them to ask for this information because they are an international company.
