[Buying] WTB KEYS OR SKINS WORTH 20$ TOTAL

Hello my fellow CS-GO players.

I would like to buy CS-GO skins worth 20$, I want either skins or keys, but I would rather want small valued skins as betting skins. The payment method I'm willing to use is Paypal or (Vipps - only for Norwegians ). I've made tons of purchases through paypal the last month or 2 with people that have 400 + reps. If you would like to talk with them before I purchase your goods, that's fine by me, nothing holding you back.
