No it doesn't, unless the hack leaves some kind of leftovers there, meaning that if VAC scans your computer, it's rip. However, you can possibly take out the leftovers by scanning your computer with Recuva example, which checks all your deleted and uninstalled things and removes them completely.

However, it's very rare after uninstalling the cheat or deleting it the main would be VAC banned, unless you've cheated on it before or you linked your smurf account in to the main (which is never recommended especially when you cheat).
