What does it mean with external? can i play on VAC with it without getting banned?

VAC scans a lot and this file must modify something and i dont thik that it will work on the deepest layer.
The other point is, he dont share the link public, so noone can first check this file for the stupid kids outside. And thoose people who know how to find viruses don't wanna invest theese work to get this one person. So all dump people will send the TS an E-Mail and that's all.
If anyone get this link, PM me and i will have a look.
