Why is cracked SV forbidden?

i seriously doubt elitepvpers has any connection ties between 9net9, and boting isn't illegal its just against TOS

another reason why they banned scriptvessel is because... well look how many other people have released bots since then, its because having an "ultimate" bot detures people from making there own

SV is forbidden bcz its like cracking Windows or cracked Acrobat Reader--->IlleGAL!!!!
but to post and create 3rd party programms for Conquer Online 2 is not illegal
But if they catch u are banned!

actually if tq digital has a eula then cracking, modifying or altering their game files in any way is a violation of international copyright laws. And as such would be illegal in the real sense. however, i don't recall a eula, and even if i did see one, I could care less. They're making more money than they deserve, and certainly more money that they should be making the game better, not just adding more stuff.
But they suck in the department of actually improving the game.

because the company of 9net9 owns this program and if elitepvpers would to post a cracked version of sv 9net9 would maybe sue them.

So ... if elitepvpers and SV's 9net9 are somehow connected ... this must be to popularize the bot due to huge popularity of the forum ... and then ban all crack info so a lot of SV junkies would buy the bot ...

... so if i know how to crack all i need is the new SV, but it is forbiden to write a howto on this forum ...

It's not that hard to crack that stupid bot.
9net9 or whatever is the name, is too arogant to aknowledge that there are enough cracked versions of SV on the net....you just have to search them.
EPVP rules.

First of all, it is hard to crack that bot, because if it wasn't no one would be paying. Second is that some people here think that TQ makes ScriptVessel to get more money. Not everyone agrees however, some people think this is how 9net9 patches their bot in 1 to two days.

Dude, no offence, but I disagree with you in the point of cracking the SV not beeing a easy thing...it is rather easy....I have some tutorials about this.
Ask around and you will find that is not that hard to crack it.
Those tutorials are from this forum....they where later removed.
People pay for it because some of them are retarded enough to do it and some of them have money to spend on it.

Ok, im confused. Firstly, isnt SV a bot which helps you level?
this means you have an uneven advantage over other players, plus the people who made it at 9net9 is also charging money for the use of this program, isnt that illegal?
and what is so wrong about other people wanting to crack the Sv? the Sv is similar as it sort of cracked CO to give users special features over other players.
I dont get it.

PS: Cracking SV is not easy.

obviously what 9net9 is doing is something illegal,it matters less if they r connected to tq or not,but if some1 posts their cracks,what r they gonna do?r they gonna sue him,shouldnt they b the ones to b sued?i dont think that a tief would go to the court and say:hy!im a tief and some1 stoled my wallet!snap him!

it is not illegal to crack sv unless the program script has been in itself copyrighted but i highly doubt that the creator of the bot will have gone through with that and instead just threatens for legal action if the cracks are not removed. - Which in effect would not be possible. instead the case would end up thrown out at his expense.
