Best permanent spoofer? (Maybe with a cleaner)

I'm looking for a reliable spoofer that'll permanently change my PC's identities such as my HWID and PC parts, etc. I know a spoofer with a cleaner that's only for $30 and you can spoof once every 3 days (if you got banned, since you're not going to be temporarily spoofing every time upon PC boot as your PC's identities have been permanently changed) so it's a permanent spoofer and semi-lifetime (iirc there's a $100 lifetime option that's the same as the $30 one, the only difference is that you can permanently spoof as many times as you want without having to wait 3 days to spoof again.

Why don't I just use that spoofer instead? It's because of it's cleaner (it says if you want to make sure to get the most security, you must completely uninstall CoD MW2019/Warzone and Battle.net with an uninstaller like Revo Uninstaller and maybe a clean reinstall of Windows (format) and I'm not sure if it's reliable and if it'll mess up my PC, my cousin bought it and did every step and so far it's been a few weeks without a ban. So I'd say he escaped a HWID ban, and so far I'm asking him about his feedback on the spoofer.

Almost forgot to mention, since it's a permanent spoof, you can escape a HWID ban from other games too, but I don't think every game as they have the spoofer's status on just a few games.

So I wanted to ask here if you guys have a better spoofer with the same idea?

permanent spoofer is not recommended. it's gonna mess with other software on your pc

By mess you mean in like software that are HWID locked? In that case I’m fine with it, but if you mean it’ll mess with software that are not specifically HWID locked, please let me know what are the affects I’ll be getting so I know if it’s a huge issue for me to care about.

Not everyone can afford such a thing at that price, including me (at least for now).

I’ll keep it in mind as an option, though. If I ever got a chance I’ll try getting the lifetime option and try it out.

I did not purchase a spoofer yet but I will hopefully in the near future. Anyways upon my research, these are the best spoofers at the moment (someone correct me if I’m wrong).
