You only need spoofer if you are real HWID banned , means you log in and get insta perma banned, or you get insta shadowbaned and then perma a few hours later.
Only if an cleaner doesnt works for you , last option is spoofer or new Motherboard.

Clean tracers , use another Account play 2 weeks on it until the shadowbaned account is free and then good to go again.

Spoofer doesnt pay off to buy for shadowbans 2 weeks and adding a risk factor.
