so why the wait 72 hours i dont understand also dose this lvl the rank of player as well to max lvl ?

There are a lot of orders, 72hrs is stated to avoid people thinking it will be done instantly.

It's usually done within 24hrs, but advertised as 72hrs in case theres an issue etc etc.

Want to max out weapons on PC, so do I need to have the game on pc AND xbox?

I just want to understand how this process works.

We link our xbox account to the acti account, so that you can login with the xbox and handle things on your side, without us giving the bnet credentials?

And also max level means unlocking all weapons + attachment. (I'm like 99% sure that's what it means, i just don't wanna make assumptions)
