100,000 COD Point purchase Vouch / Review of service.

Simplex responded within 2 minutes and let me know that unfortunately they are busy at the moment, and there may be a delay but told me he might be able to get in later tonight. Messaged Simplex a few hours later and he informed me that I will be dealt with, but at the moment their is a bit of a wait which I was ore than happy to wait.

Once Simplex was ready he let me know beforehand then signed into my account, he sent me screenshots during the process and once finished gave me instructions and on how to sign back in to my account properly.

Annoying their were 2 bundles missing, but I believe one of these were just down to a Sync issue, and the other Simplex was unable to find. He told me that I can act as though they were never purchased and have another 3,800 COD Points to cover for it.

Few hours later I messaged Simplex again to add the last 20,000 cod points worth, he added all the packages but was unable to find one still, so we agreed on a replacement and Simplex gave me extra to reimburse for this.

Customer Service / Responding to Queries: 10/10, Dealt with my BS Questions

Service: 9/10, A few hickups, but all were sorted

Price: 10/10, Good luck getting 100,000 COD Points Cheaper.

To add aswell, a note to anyone purchasing COD Points. Once purchased and all bundles added. Please note:

- Bundle Locker May not be accurate and might not show all bundles

- Account will likely end up in negative COD Points (I ended up with -2,800)
