Ok so, i finally made them to work.. 100% star leica, here is my little guide:
This guide is for the Cabal Europe players
1. Get the kr client
2. Install the kr client >.>
3. Copy the data\item and data\fx folder from kr client to eu client
4. Add the Leica.rar to your main cabal eu folder (Look down, link there)
5. Reinstall the Cabal Reloaded Patch because of some corrupted files.


ENJOY

This guide is for the Private server players.
1. Get the kr client
2. Install the kr client >.>
3. Do a back-up to data\item\item.enc FROM YOUR NORMAL CLIENT(save it on desktop)
4. Copy the data\item and data\fx folder from kr client to eu client
5. Add the Leica.rar to your main cabal folder
6. Put the saved item.enc back to the data\item\ folder

Enjoy, and pupix the reason that your skins worked is cause you used them on the korean client, thus already used to those skins.

pupix has already create a guide with screenshots and this was last year december, so your guide does already exist.

It's just a patch with some renamed files.. which doesn't work on all clients. I provided a rather harder and much more boring solution that could get the skins to properly work ( Yes like in those screenshots from pupix's thread) not just some surface texture actually put on the mithril shape.

The client does not metter

All what you need is .efx, .ebm files and source files which are used by efx/ebm from SRC folder
