Are you sure that you have service for 2 tabs? If you subscribed before June 01, you still only have 1 tab service as per the old pricing scheme. If so, you can extend the tab for an additional 5$ (subject to re-calculation at new price tier), or just purchase a resub for 20$ if you are running low on days. I will re-calculate your old days into the resub too.

- Ensure all of your computers are sharing the same IP address as well.
To reconnect, close ALL bots and wait 5 minutes before trying again.
