Title on launcher says VALOFE :O i hope it will be legit updated version for mtrue. Currently server is on maintenance ( Launcher says )
When Launching directly Atlantica.exe you have login screen whit 2 server 1. Valofe 2.Daum ( )

EDIT: To run client on most cases you have to use APPLOCALE since is not supports english os

Sounds like corrupted installation or disk it self. run check disk SCF and then redownload applocale again.
