Yes.

In short:
You need a DMA (Direct Memory Access) card in your gaming PC and another PC or laptop to run the software. You connect the two PCs together.

Currently considered the safest way to cheat.

Yes. You then need a specially written product (firmware) in that case.

However, nearly all providers offer the hardware and software/firmware for this. (shipping included...)
