can't connect to server..

Is this for real ? I mean , Website is not working..

Title on launcher says VALOFE :O i hope it will be legit updated version for mtrue. Currently server is on maintenance ( Launcher says )
When Launching directly Atlantica.exe you have login screen whit 2 server 1. Valofe 2.Daum ( [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] )

EDIT: To run client on most cases you have to use APPLOCALE since is not supports english os

It is. Chose Korean language and app. And just run. Thats it.

So server is not online at this moment ?

Sounds like corrupted installation or disk it self. run check disk SCF and then redownload applocale again.

1-Location = Korea
