TString.tcd not found. HELP PLEASE!!!

Hey today i have one problem. I play whit pvp4story but when i open the game i see write an error: TString.tcd not found.
But i go on the tcd cartel and i have it. I try to reinstall the game but nope.
Who help me pls i need serious help :)

Reinstall the game many times.. or download again on me after about 5-10 reinstall's FIXXED.
