They have 2 servers. Chinese is 80 cap and EU is 105.

okay, but what download is now for the 105 cap ?

i have full client + new media but it cant update. when i select eu division "server is undergoing inspection for updates... etc" whats the problem ?

its an update for Euro Server and Devias 2 is euro server with 105 cap. their chinese server is still 80 cap.
